Work I have contributed to has been cited across 189 policy documents: reports and guidance from seventy-five intergovernmental bodies, sixty-seven national and regional governments, and thirty-six research institutes and think tanks. Citing organizations include the World Health Organization, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, the World Bank, the Pan American Health Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization, the Council of the European Union, and governments from Canada and Germany to Spain, Norway, and beyond. Sixty of these documents have themselves been cited a further 548 times in 461 other policy documents.
Dialogue, Debate & Advocacy
- Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Agora Institute, Dialogue and Debate Initiative: as a student advisory committee member, originated and organized a debate held in October 2023, and helped organize the series that grew into The Hopkins Forum, hosted at the Hopkins Bloomberg Center in Washington, DC.
- Federation of American Scientists Open Science Policy Sprint: authored the invited policy memo Advance Open Science Through Robust Data Privacy Measures (expert profile).

A reflection I contributed on the future of public service was selected by the National Academy of Public Administration for its Celebrating the American Public Servant exhibit, debuting at the Library of Congress in June 2026.
